My son had a bad drug addiction for twenty years that almost cost me everything including my marriage and financial ruin. I loved him and could not bare the thought that he would live on the streets so I enabled him and helped him however I could. After 20 years of living in a horrible situation he decided to finally get the help he needed and get sober. He wrote me the morst wonderful apology letter and is now 6 months in recovery and living completely sober.
