My new positive habit is going to be to have a cup of tea and meditate before bed. I always meditate in the morning, and afternoon- now my goal is to make a habit to do it at night as well. 👶🧘🌝😴💤🛌

This i believe will bring about a quality sleep and better prepare me for my morning meditation 🌅

Decide on one specific 'new positive habit' you can commit to for three days. Make it something small enough that you will actually do it. For example, "I will floss, stretch before bed, not look at my phone for the first 15 minutes in the morning" etc. Tell someone about your intention.
