Just as I was wondering if my phone timer was going to sound while in Silent mode, it went off. 3 minutes was short.

I noticed a tendency to keep getting pulled into the "not yet done" - Do-ing for the next several days (leaving for 5 weeks - spouse following a week later - house guests coming a week later). Kept breathing and focusing on breathing slow and deep. Near the end, realized my ankle pressed up against the lower desk shelf, and the crease was uncomfortable along with my knee against the side leg; adjusted my position to eliminate the discomfort.

No other great revelations. I'm already pretty present - focused, due to my industrial - strength apathy.
