One of the values that I put the most emphasis on in my life is that you don't decide your future. Your habits do. But the problem with me is I easily get sidetracked and I'm forgetful. Sometimes I don't remember that I resolved to doing this one thing and get frustrated with my lack of progress. Therefore, I swear by having "trackers." I have trackers for school work, for my habits, and even for the virtues I want to practice.
