I'm like a surfer, and life is the ocean. Rather than trying to control the waves, I'm learning to ride them. This takes constantly monitoring my inner control-freak, and making sure that my board ( my mind) is in the best possible condition to make the most of what life throws at me, and let that take me to my destination.
