I once went to a 2-day West Coast Swing workshop. Being surrounded by 80 people who were so passionate about this dance and enjoying their time dancing together was heartwarming and inspiring. West Coast Swing is a partner dance where you switch partners every dance. And it is also fine for the woman to be the lead. The general atmosphere was so positively energetic!

Having been immersed in this environment for 2 days made me more energetic and positive for a long time after that. And some of the best dancers in Europe attended, which was really impressive to see. This strongly motivated me to keep on practicing at home as well.
