Ringing the doorbell to make my lab go crazy, getting lost in a good fiction book, watching a movie with a redemptive theme with my family, cleaning out the garage, discovering a new hobby, writing in the mornings, the first cup of coffee, bringing coffee to my wife, reading SPARC posts that are deep and meaningful, listening to the Avett Brothers, going to all 3 nights of the Avetts at Red Rocks, juggling, playing ping pong... particularly with my son, playing old records and remembering when I first heard them, playing a new game, playing the dice game, receiving a text from an old friend, designing the perfect PowerPoint slide to explain a concept, making progress on a project, giving myself permission to trust that I have done enough today.
