My new positive habit was to not snack at night. I told my husband and he said he doubted I could do it so we bet. I was able to do it for 3 days and have continued to do it for the full week. I am hoping to keep this a regular habit.

For example, "I will floss, stretch before bed, not look at my phone for the first 15 minutes in the morning" etc. Tell someone about your intention.
