1. Getting up early, sticking to a low carb, keto diet, no sugar, daily exercise, daily prayer, cold showers, to bed early....
2. Plan ahead, enjoy small achievements, and give yourself a break every few days (a glass of wine, sleeping in, some popcorn, and a movie).... don't beat yourself up if you fall off discipline and routine... Also, keep it small and simple... a good workout can be done in 20 minutes.
