Some healthy habits that I have been able to maintain is practicing TAI CHI. It has helped me in many ways, part because I believe that any wellness activity helps keeping up with a good healthy habits. So TAI CHI is my new healthy habit because it includes different types of activities that makes me feel better, meditation in movement, being able to focus on my inner peace, etc. Also, I love to dance and have been able to do Zumba at least 5 times a week.
