A recently learned core value that I have learned is asking someone what their name is. I fear that humanity has reached a point where the basic decently has become lost. I recognized this worry within my self first and thought I should change it. Which goes perfectly into my next value and/or concept. Change. The concept of change is frightening to some, and peaceful to others. I have changed parts of myself I taught would never be changed. One of my most important values is honesty. I have found over the years that being honest, and confronting the immense amount of fear that arises with the thought of honesty, will bring peace. The fear does not linger as long as the peace from honesty will.
