
One new positive habit I can commit to is reading for 20 minutes a day. I love reading, and I have a hard time making it a priority in my everyday life. This will also positively impact me because it will be 20 mintues of not scrolling on my phone or watching TV. I told my boyfriend about this because I think he will help keep me accountable.

For example, "I will floss, stretch before bed, not look at my phone for the first 15 minutes in the morning" etc. Tell someone about your intention.
